Our ultimate goal is nothing short of world peace.
Take a deep breath.
Now focus... Thru the expansion of worldwide collaboration that is currently underway between peoples there exists pathways towards peace which are in the opposite direction of exploitation.
Together we can get there one little step at a time.

Data integrity: As a citizen of the United States of America I take great pride in saying that I trust absolutely nothing that comes from our government!
That is my belief and I wish it wasn't true but I boldly declare it simply because I can. I am re-tooling this website to foster a community of people to collect and share their data of what resources they use to live annually.
Then together we can define regions of certain profiles of needs and resources to match the two to optimize dynamic living spaces of neutral+ environmental impact (more good than harm) and low cost of ownership.
Based on my engineering experience I know that a small set of good data is infinitely more useful than a big set of questionable data.
The US government has been caught cooking the books on the statistics of the health and care of and for our veterans cared for by the VA.
That's enough for me to trust nothing!
The environment: As my daughter explained to me in a spontaneous dissertation during a long drive when she was six years old, the land, water, air, vegetation, and animals are all interrelated and important.
Energy efficiency: Among all the places that one may choose to dedicate themselves toward the preservation of the environment I have chosen energy efficiency. I have specialized in lighting efficiency since 2001 and continue to do so.
However, it has been primarily for commercial businesses. Residential efficiency is my present focus.
One home, one block, one community, one town, one city, one county, one state, one country, one world...
The issue: While people can argue over whether or not cow farts are killing the planet 'til the cows come home, we people need to reverse the curse of wasteful use of our precious resources.
That starts with a baseline. What is our typical consumption?
Once that is established we can measure progress towards lowering that to eventually have a surplus on energy one home at a time.
Energy independence: On the micro scale energy independence is freedom! Lower your demand, maximize your home grown power, eventually your home grown power will exceed your demand and you can celebrate independence!
On the macro scale, the two faced alliances revolved around the exploitation of energy resources is probably making a few people very rich and really not in and of itself accomplishing any other good.
Benefits: In the long run you'll save a bunch of money and in the process lower your impact on this little planet we call Earth.
